Step two is where the real fun begins. We will now schedule an in-person meeting at your property, where we will discuss in further detail your vision, your lifestyle, and the long-term desires for your estate. We will also take all necessary measurements and ask for any inspirational photos or details on major upcoming structural remodels.
Step three is where the magic starts to come to life. Following our second step, we will submit an invoice; once payment is completed, we will begin crafting your custom design. We will send over a preliminary concept to ensure we are perfectly on track to capture your vision. From there, we will help you select the ideal finishing materials, finalize the overall design, and create a comprehensive construction plan.
Step four: Now with a completed design that captures your dream and selected materials, we will introduce specialized contractors who can execute the project flawlessly and maintain design integrity. Throughout the course of construction, we remain by your side to answer questions and conduct site visits, ensuring your project flows harmoniously.
